Once we receive customer’s order, we will check stock, collect goods, and calculate the shipping cost.
And then notify the final total via payment request email.

Back order items:
Depending on the maker’s material stock status, the production lead time could be from 2 weeks to 4 weeks or so.
For order with such purchase, we will quote and notify the shipping charge upon receipt of products.
In this case, please understand that the notification of shipping cost could not be done immediately.
In other words, sending out shipping charge and payment request mail means the back order product is in our store and ready to be shipped out.

※The delivery charge via international courier, Fedex, is normally calculated by Volume or Weight.

Some duralumin shafts may have a tiny marks near hazu,
Please understand it is inevitable from manufacturing process.
※ Yazyaku length excludes Yaziri.
In other words, the final ya length will be around 1 cm longer. Please understand.
※ Hazu・Yaziri can’t be specified. The conventional hazu・yaziri are used for all duralumin and carbon ya.
※ There is only one set of ya for each item posted. Order of multiple sets are not possible. Please note.

Due to the nature of leather, it is likely a certain of products may have some marks, wrinkle, stains etc.
Please note and understand that they are not damaged or flawed products.
※ A piece of white cotton shitagake will be enclosed.

• Please enter shipping address outside of Japan.

We will do every effort to collect and pack the goods ordered.
And photos of items to be packed and shipped
will be sent along with tracking number to the customers for their record.
There is possibility items may be missing or lost when/after declaring Customs.
In such cases, we are afraid we will not be responsible for such a shortage issue.

※ We will not collect Japan’s consumption tax from overseas customers for online order.　
However, this term can be only applied to order with shipment address outside of Japan only.
However, consumption tax is included in the automatic reply e-mail
(the e-mail sent immediately after your order placed).
Therefore, we will be sending a “Thank you for your order” e-mail to inform customers the total order amount with the consumption tax deduction.
