▶ Order cancellation or item change is not possible after order is placed. Therefore, please check carefully before you place your order.

▶ All products are normally shipped via EMS.
▶ Items exceeding EMS size limits (such as bows) will be shipped by international courier services such as UPS.

Notice Regarding Shipments to the United States

As of August 2025, due to the reciprocal tariff agreement between Japan and the United States, the U.S. de minimis duty-free threshold (USD 800) has been abolished. As a result, all imported goods, including those for personal use, are subject to import duties and taxes.

Currently, shipments to the United States are handled exclusively via UPS. Please note that depending on the purchase amount, import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees of approximately 15–25% may apply.

Latest Update: January 26, 2026

Due to an issue with the UPS shipping system, shipments of products classified as sports equipment to the United States are temporarily suspended. We will notify customers as soon as shipments resume once the system issue has been resolved.

Important Notice (U.S.)
• Duralumin arrows cannot be exported to the United States.
• Customs duties and import fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
• Tax rates and fees vary depending on the purchase amount.

▶ Accepted payment methods: Online credit card or PayPal only.
▶ For international orders, tax exemption and shipping costs are calculated after checkout.
▶ For PayPal payments, an invoice will be issued after final calculations.
▶ We recommend PayPal, as Japanese credit card authorization systems may be inconvenient.

■ Credit Card Authorization (Japan)

We use a credit authorization system. When you place an order, a temporary amount is reserved on your credit card. This is not a final charge.
After shipping fees and tax exemptions are finalized, the final amount is charged and the temporary authorization is automatically canceled.
Depending on your card issuer, cancellation may take 2–4 weeks.
※ Your available credit limit must be at least twice the purchase amount.

■ 關於日本網路購物的信用卡付款

本店採用信用卡授權系統。下單時會暫時保留一定的信用額度，此為臨時付款，並非實際扣款。
在計算包含運費與稅費的最終金額後，將進行正式扣款，原臨時付款會自動取消。
※ 信用卡額度需為購買金額的兩倍以上。

Orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Goods are sold exclusive of VAT (10% VAT applies in Japan only).
